David Fairey
Vice President of Finance

David Fairey, Vice President of Finance, has been with the company since early 2011. He was originally hired as the Controller and after a short time was promoted to his current position. In his role of Vice President of Finance, David oversees the accounting and finance team and is responsible for the strategic financial planning of the company. David's other responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, tax compliance, treasury management, capital budgeting, and strategic banking relationships.

Prior to joining IntegraClick David served as the Controller for an international medical device manufacturing company helping them in the pre-IPO phase in Japan. He has also served as Director of Finance and Accounting for another medical device company.

David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi. He also holds an MBA and Master of Accountancy, as well as a Masters in Organizational Behavior.

He is an avid runner and cyclist and enjoys training for marathons and triathlons.
