Chris Maynard
Director of Software Development
Chris Maynard, Director of Software Development at IntegraClick, was originally hired as a Front End Developer and was quickly promoted through the ranks to Software Developer, then Advanced Software Developer and Tech Lead. Chris is a versatile web professional with over 7 years experience developing for the internet with a focus on client-side technologies and UI implementation, bridging gaps between complex data systems, and leading projects from conception to implementation.
Chris' responsibilities include working with the CEO, contributing to the evolution of product architecture, developing and communicating product road maps with planned release cycles and feasible resource plans, managing and enabling a team of software engineers, delivering quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. He also runs daily scrums to assess risks in current schedules, clear blocks, and adjust road map deliverables. He manages the day-to-day development aspects of multiple projects; requirements documentation and analysis, scoping, planning, engineering, implementation, and new product introduction.
Chris graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS in Information Technology. Before his career at IntegraClick, Chris worked as a User Interface Engineer at Organic, one of the largest digital agencies in North America.
Jason Hill
Director of Systems Engineering
Jason Hill, Director of Systems Engineering, started with IntegraClick in 2009. Jason's contributions to the significant improvements to network and systems design earned him a management position at Integraclick. Jason is responsible for design, implementation and management of all network and computer systems. He has designed and set-up multiple data centers across the country for the highest level of performance and availability.
Jason has 14 years of experience designing and managing secure high availability systems. He specializes in cutting edge, open source technologies such as MongoDB, Hadoop, nginx and varnish. His broad range of experience in networks, servers and security make him a trusted resource.
John Lagerholm
Director of Quality Assurance
John "JL" Lagerholm is the Director of Quality Assurance for IntegraClick. JL began his career in quality assurance as a tester for the video game publisher Activision. It is there that he worked on numerous top franchises, becoming Q.A. Project Lead for the Xbox 360 launch title "Call of Duty 2" as well the later released "Call of Duty 3" and "Transformers: The Video Game" titles for Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii.
JL left Activision to pursue a position as Q.A. Manager for RedTribe Studios in Melbourne, Australia. Always excited by the processes and policies of a strong Quality Assurance department, JL enjoyed bringing procedures and methodologies to an upcoming studio across the pond.
When JL returned to the states, he settled in sunny Sarasota, Florida to be closer to his family. JL soon joined the IntegraClick family and hasn't looked back. Leading Quality Assurance through numerous internal and external projects, JL has been an integral piece of the Technical Roundtable and is excited about the cutting edge technologies currently in development at IntegraClick.
In his free time, JL enjoys hanging out with friends and family, kayaking, movies and screenwriting.
David Crawford
Director of Projects
David Crawford is the Director of Projects for IntegraClick. David oversees project development through the Design and Technology departments from inception to live release. His responsibilities include overall project planning, creating development processes, assuring efficiency across all project phases, and most importantly meeting or exceeding project milestones and goals.
David graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Global Management. Before joining IntegraClick, David worked as Executive Director of the Main Street program for the City of High Springs, FL. He managed the revitalization efforts of the cities downtown district and collaborated on business and tourism development for the entire North Central Florida Region.
Chris Davis
Software Architect
Christopher Davis, Software Architect at IntegraClick, was originally hired as a Software Developer working on the CB CPC software products. His extensive software development experience and strong grasp of software architecture led to a promotion to Software Analyst, then to Software Architect. His primary focus is on driving the development of scalable, reliable software systems and algorithms that will continue to make Integraclick an industry leader.
Christopher is responsible for directing the architecture and of software products through the entire development lifecycle. This includes requirements gathering, software specifications, data and system architecture, software scalability concerns and business intelligence algorithm development.
Christopher studied at the University of Missouri and spent several years as the Internet Administrator of the Christopher S. Bond Life Sciences Center at the University of Missouri before moving to Integraclick in February, 2011. With nearly 20 years of Internet software development experience, he is a terrific asset to the organization.
Christopher enjoys insect collecting, contemplating novel ways to organize colossal quantities of data, building and programming robots, teaching his children new things and spending time in nature.
