The company secured the top ranking in the "Bigger" category, which consists of companies employing between 51-100 people.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal enlisted a third-party company to administer the surveys and evaluate the responses of all participating busineses and employees, ensuring complete anonymity of the respondants and objectivity in the scoring process. The winning companies were selected based on employee measurement of 40 attributes known to drive engagement.

Since the time of its inception, IntegraClick has always focused on providing a unique work atomosphere for its employees.
